The fabulous and cosy holiday home "Aurore" for 4 people is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Can Picafort. Right at the entrance of the house there is a furnished terrace for a pleasant breakfast or dinner outdoors.

The house is very bright, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. The 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, and the two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, are located on the ground floor.
Both the three bedrooms and the living-dining room are equipped with air conditioning.
On the upper floor, there is a large terrace in the attic, equipped with two sunbeds to sunbathe and relax. The house has a portable barbecue for lunches and dinners with family and friends.

In a quiet and Nice area. Close to the Beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other infrastructure. It very good and easy communication with the landlord and the apartment had all necessities for a nice stay. Very recommendable

Das Haus ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Wir können es weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. In den Schränken der beiden kleineren anliegenden Schlafzimmern riecht es nicht gut.

Familienfreundlich, nahe zum Strand, allgemein gute Lage. Esstisch und Stühle aus Plastik im Gartenbereich sind in die Jahre gekommen (wackeliger Tisch / gebrochene Rückenlehne) und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Essteller sind zum Teil kaputt.

Können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Objekt besitz zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche entgegen der Beschreibung. Liegt zwar als Eckhaus an der Straße mit stellenweise regen Durchgangsverkehr für uns nicht störend. Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Werden es wieder mieten.

Me ha gustado mucho la casa es muy acogedora , la comodidad de las camas sobretodo, la ubicación es muy buena y en una zona tranquila, el servicio de la agencia ha sido muy bueno ,si tengo que decir algo que se podría mejorar tal vez sería la hora de salida que es muy temprano ( 10am ) pero por lo demás todo muy bien, sin duda repetiremos ️ Tal vez la hora de salida porque creo que es muy temprano ( 10 h ) pero por lo demás es un excelente servicio

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Logement très bien situé, dans une zone calme mais à proximité des commerces, restaurant et surtout de la plage. Logement très propre avec des hôtes attentionnés (petits cadeaux lors de notre arrivée). Rien à dire, parfait! Merci beaucoup pour la qualité et le soin que vous portez à la maison et aux locataires. Nous sommes très heureuses d'avoir passé nos vacances chez vous!

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Aurora ha sido fantástica, no solo por el alojamiento como tal, que respondía sobradamente a lo publicado en el anuncio, sino también por la implicación y dedicación de Aurora, su propietaria. Siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, con respuestas rápidas y muy eficientes (se estropeó el frigorífico y al día siguiente trajeron uno nuevo).

Idéalement placé au sein de Can Picafort, un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique pour être au calme et à la fois à 3 minutes à pied du front de Mer. Une boulangerie locale et fréquentée par les espagnoles est présente à 2 minutes ce qui est top ! Les deux terrasses sont très agréables en ce mois de mai. A recommander sans hésitation.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos und es gab je eine Flasche Wasser & Sekt sowie einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und mitten im Geschehen. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Angesichts des Standorts und des Preises ist dies aber völlig okay.

Der Strand von Can Picafort ist einladend und in Laufweite. An sich ist die Wohnung funktional. Allerdings: Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Relativ laut, vor allem morgens, da direkt an einer (kleinen) Kreuzung gelegen. Leider war das Küchenschiebefenster nicht schließbar und wurde trotz unserer direkten Anmerkung innerhalb einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht repariert - Wir haben auch keine Rückmeldung dazu erhalten! Dadurch mussten wir alle Wertsachen täglich mitnehmen. Ansonsten sehr sauber und unkompliziert.

Nur selten kann man sagen, dass die Fotos der Website der Realität entsprechen, aber hier war es so, inklusive Begrüßungskuchen und Sekt. Das buchen war einfach, selbst als wir noch einen Tag dran gehangen haben, auch die Übergabe der Wohnung lief ganz einfach. Die Wohnung ist toll mit zwei Terassen, und sehr geräumig. Wir finden sie ist ideal für eine Familie, da viel Platz zum spielen ist. Die Wohnung bleibt auch an heißen Tagen kühl. WLAN, und alle anderen elektrischen Geräte funktionierten sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und ideal gelegen, da Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Strand nur 5min von der Wohnung liegen. Allerdings waren wir zu einer Zeit auf Mallorca, wo kaum Touristen da waren.

We were four adults renting this house for two weeks in October 2019. You could find all things you needed in the house. Lovely to sit at the roof terrasse and have breakfast. The bakery is very close. Nice beds, good showers, well eqipped kitchen. Welcoming ladies and a smart check in using the Voice Translation in the mobile. Thanks for the lovely chocolate cake and the Cava!

The house was exactly as described on home away and we very much enjoyed our stay. 3 mins walk from the beach promenade and 5 mins walk from the Mercadona Supermarket. Easy to find a parking spot nearby. We loved both the terrace at the front of the house and the roof terrace. The house is quite spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Apart from the master bedroom which is a good size, the bedrooms are quite small. They have plenty of storage though and the beds are great! There is an aircon in each room. The showers were great too. The owner was waiting for us upon arrival with a chilled bottle of rose cava and a homemade chocolate cake (thank you!!) - just what you need after the flight and drive to Can Picafort. It was super eacy to check in and although the owner only speaks spanish, we got by brilliantly using google translate. When checking out we forgot something in the house and subsequently spoke to someone from Ideal Property Mallorca, who spoke english really well. Overall, we were incredibly happy with our stay and would love to stay there again if/when we come back to Mallorca.
