Villa Calma' is a detached house with private pool and garden and lawn in the Urbanization of Son Serra Nova (Son Serra Marina) in the North of Mallorca, in the bay of Alcúdia, a very quiet area.

Built in two floors, with a modern and classical style with easy access.

Distributed in hall, living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, equipped kitchen.

It has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of them on the upper floor.The rooms are equipped with two double beds, one room with separate beds and the other room with a bunk bed. All of them have air conditioning hot/cold.



Outside, furnished porch, private saline chlorination pool of 4x8m, depth from 1,20 to 1,80m, with another terrace of 14x4,5m and garden

Ideal for families as it has everything very accessible and practical.

Son Serra Marina is one of the few places in Mallorca that still keeps that summer atmosphere of yesteryear. We are sure you will enjoy not only the sea views but also the tranquility of the place as well as unforgettable evenings, or just strolling around.

sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung
zum Frühstück auf die Sonnenterrasse, Garten, Terrasse und Balkone laden zum Bücherlesen und chillen ein, alles in einer ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.
