Extra pet fee is $50 per week, per pet.
1 car free. 2nd car $50/wk. The Atelier is approx 1250sq ft on two levels. The furniture layout, cookware & artwork can be customized for each guest’s wants & needs. The unit sleeps two, with a king bed in the large master & a double futon in the Liv Rm.
A very private apartment featuring a large master bedroom, large living room w/futon/sleeper, eating table, kitchen w/full fridge & full oven/stove, microwave. Bath with rain shower. Washer/dryer combination. The private courtyard is attached to your dedicated, covered parking for a single car. Fully fenced, the courtyard is private & safe for pets. Lovely cast iron table eating area, gas BBQ, reading bench & fire-pit. The courtyard has extraordinary views, as do the upstairs master bedroom and living/dining room. The Atelier is located in a quiet area, great for walking or biking & close to downtown. It is 2.1 mi. from the Plaza & 1 mi from St. Vincent's Hospital. Bed & Living rooms offer abundant closet & storage space, complete with suit/trouser hangers, iron and board. Floor to ceiling shelving in both rooms, large table for home office in LR, eating table for 2 & a dedicated space for a computer & printer desk, on wheels, & an office chair.
The large master bedroom has a king sized, pillow top bed with lovely cotton bedding. 2 luxurious robes are provided for guests. Extra bedding for the bed and futon is provided. NO WASHING YOUR SHEETS & TOWELS! The cleaning fee includes laundry service for guest’s bedding & towels, once a week. . A stainless steel washer/dryer combo is located in the bathroom for guests personal use. Both MB & LR have large, flat screen Roku Smart TV’s, with apps for Roku+, Apple, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, & tons of others, for unlimited streaming & fast, 1000MB Wifi. An HDMI cable is provided. The kitchen is small but very serviceable for any level of cook. Full fridge/freezer, 4 burner stove/oven, (self cleaning), microwave & hot/cold filtered water dispenser. It is well stocked with quality cookware & utensils. A plethora of kitchen gadgets, including coffee grinder, juicer, espresso maker, wine/cocktail glasses & accessories, basic spices, single serving mayo, ketchup mustard packets and coffee, tea, & sugar are in the pantry.
ADDED BONUS: A SEPARATE, DEDICATED FENCED ACRE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PETS. A private, dedicated & fully fenced raw acre is available at no extra charge. Access is adjacent to the courtyard, allowing pets extra room to run & no more dog parks for you. Guests must walk the acre prior to use, inspecting the terrain and understanding that cactus & coyotes are common in NM. A release must be signed, acknowledging the natural hazards present. I have raised 14 animals on this acre w/o incident. However, it will be your decision whether the extra space is appropriate for your animal(s). Covered Parking free for 1 car. A fee of $50/week for the 2nd car. Housecleaning, petsitting & a large sky kennel are all available. I welcome every guest upon arrival and guests are offered a complimentary bottle of old or new world wine, if you accept.

Accidents happen: I want every guest, (human or four legged) to enjoy themselves as they do at home. The $89 CSA property damage insurance policy protects both host & guest. A claim does not affect a guest's VRBO rating or personal insurance in any way & no security deposit is required.
