With a unique countryside view Villa Papiro is an old Ibicencan finca restored with all the modern technology and infrastructure and the original rural magician.
A spectacular sea view from the infinity pool and the gardens full of aromatic herbs and bushes, hammock and armchairs for relaxing moments in the various chill areas, and an outdoor dining area.
In the main house, the living room with big spaces for relaxing and enjoy the fire place, and the full equipped kitchen with dining area watching on the garden from the big windows.

Here are the 5 double bedrooms, all with Air conditioning, TV,Wi-fi:
Bedroom 1 (25m2) on the rooftop full of privacy with sea view, private terrace and direct access at the pool. Double bed 160x200cm
Bedroom 2 3 (20m2) with double bed 160x200cm
Bedroom 4 and 5 is a “family room ” with a double bed (160x200cm) and one twin (90x200cm)
Close the main house there is another “family room 6 and 7” (45m2) with air conditioning, tv, wi-fi , two bathroom and a private sunset terrace, two bedrooms, one double (160x200cm) and one twin (90x200cm).
The others two bedrooms8 and 9 are located in the Guest House (80m2) 30 meters away from the main complex, it offers a full equipped open kitchen and living room, the double sleeping rooms has one double bed (160x200cm) and one twin bed (90x200cm) .
A private sunset terrace and private parking.

Many common areas are available to share a unique vacation: the tree house for the kids, the hug green lawn for a football match, outdoor gym, the Rustic Disco with the Garden Chiringuito Bar, a beautiful 70m2 yoga space and the barrel sauna, for an authentic relax moment.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights- change over day Saturday
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Security Deposit: 5000.00 EUR
Final Cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
Check-in time: 16:00
Check-out time: 10:00
Daily cleaning service, 1 member of staff, total of 4 hours.
1 member of staff living on site takes care of the swimming pool, garden and maintenance.
Wednesdays between 11am -15pm is the midweek cleaning day, when the house is cleaned and bedlinen and towels changed.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
