"Hotel is great. Service is better. Rooms by the pool, which should be the centerpiece of the property, are a bit dated. Bed was just ok. Comfortable enough but not great."

Jul 29, 2019A nice stopover for a couple of days, or base to explore the surrounding area. The real highlight of the area is Amboro National Park, and deserves extra time to relax, hike and explore. Santa Cruz city seems quite prosperous. People are friendly
