"Beautiful hotel on a beautiful property. We loved the location, the big blue slide, and the hammocks. Staff were all very nice. The restaurant was a bit pricey so did not eat there. We were supposed to get free drinks but unfortunately we were not told it was for only certain types so ended up paying. Walkable to many restaurants, souvenirs, and ferry docks/boats. A little warm at night in the room but slept with the windows open and felt very safe. Bed was a bit too firm. Overall, would stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and gorgeous grounds. The restaurant wasexcellent as well. We originally booked a place in San Marcos but the bathroom was not private or close. Santa cataria was much more peaceful. And the pools were wonderful."

"okay so let's start with cleanliness. it's obvious the house wasn't cleaned before we got there or the sheets. The bed sheets smelled dusty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had someone's else hair on the walls and floor. The pool was not heated even though it did say it was. There's no tv which was okay to disconnect. there's no AC which was fine since it was cool at night and they did provide a fan. definitely make sure to stop by the supermarket to get food because restaurants aren't close by, it's a good 15 mins walk to a few or 15 mins lancha to Pana. Nice walk to the house and property which I wasn't expecting with luggage's and kids. Overall it was okay. Lush landscape, hammocks were great but the worse part was the cleanliness. We came back sick from all the dust. "
