Great location! Not ocean view but just a short walk thru the park across the street and you’re there. The rental is not the entire house, unsure if there are others living in the other part of the house but it was still a decent amount of space for my family of 4. Also the boardwalk is just a 5min drive down. Host is great and responds fast. Would recommend!

Beautiful house awesome location! I know that Santa Cruz isn't usually hot this time of year, but it was in the mid to high 80s and the AC was either broken or didn't work very well at all. Just take into consideration if you are staying during the super hot months! Other than that, it was a fabulous stay!
