We loved how close this is to the Boardwalk! Room was clean, bathroom seemed upgraded, water pressure was great in the shower and got hot quickly. Beds weren't super comfy but they were good enough. Like others said, the parking is tight and on a hill/slope so must be comfortable with your vehicle. The walls are thin so it's a little noisy at night with the nightlife outside but we picked this place to be able to walk to the Boardwalk and not have to find parking. Downtown Santa Cruz is less than a mile away and has tons of other food options and shopping. Overall, great place to stay while visiting Santa Cruz Boardwalk!

Nice room but noisy neighborhood

Very close to the boardwalk and the wharf, room was spacious and the staff was friendly. If you are looking to sleep past 6am this is not the place, extremely noisy neighborhood.

Probably the closest to the Boardwalk. Walkable to Boardwalk, beach, and wharf. Parking is tight. Our A/C was non-operable during a very hot weekend. I didn't notice that they said there's no elevator. There are a lot of stairs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Perfect location

If you’re literally there just for the boardwalk, this is the most perfect ideal room. It’s in between Santa Cruz, Boardwalk, and the pier everything within walking distance, very clean even in the middle of construction it was still a comfortable stay.
