"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "

"el hotel no tenia clima y mi compañero que no esta acostumbrado al clima de mty se enfermo porque estábamos a 40 grados y lo dejaron sin clima cuando el viene de una ciudad que el clima es de 20 grados y en el hotel no había clima . y nadie contesta la llamada para hacer la devolución del dinero "

"Hice la reservacion con 5 dias de anticipacion, me dieron numero de confirmacion, a la hora de llegar al departamento, resutla que el dueño no me quiso ni abrir la puerta,solo entre las rejillas me comento que ya tenia estaba rentado desde hacia una semana que hablara a Hotels.com que ese era problema de ellos. me comunico a Hotels.com y pesimo servicio de servicio, 15 horas en el telefono y resulta que yo fui el del problema. "Not impressed with property, communication during check in was poor, no cell reception in country, no help from door people, sat in Starbucks for 2.5 hrs trying to talk to owner, balcony and pool inaccessible, entrance door didn’t open properly, had problem with turning on stove, no hot water for last two days of our trip, cheap pillows on beds, for this price I expect a little better quality, water ran continuously in master bath toilet."
