"What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold..."

"el hotel no tenia clima y mi compañero que no esta acostumbrado al clima de mty se enfermo porque estábamos a 40 grados y lo dejaron sin clima cuando el viene de una ciudad que el clima es de 20 grados y en el hotel no había clima . y nadie contesta la llamada para hacer la devolución del dinero "
