Been to a few budget friendly hotels in Santa Barbara and this hotel is the cleanest, well maintained rooms out of all of them. Bed was very comfortable as if it was new, rooms are very quite since u can park your car right in front of your room and cant hear any vehicles or traffic..will definitely stay again

The room was renovated and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice clean and new. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice and very helpful. He made stay extremely the best, his customer service with coffee maker, extra blankets and pillows, towels request.

Very clean. Was newly remodeled but had no hangers yet. Adequate parking. Bathroom window needed to be propped open but good exhaust fan in the bathroom. Some traffic noise but kept the room fan on and slept all night

We found the hotel clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the towels new and plentiful. The location on State St. was convenient for our outings to Goleta and Lower State St. We would stay at this location again.
