Immerse yourself in the rich history of Santa Barbara by staying at our charming, newly renovated 1926 bungalow, nestled in the heart of the renowned San Roque neighborhood. This beautiful, safe, and quiet area offers proximity to State Street's fine dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation, with multiple beaches just a short drive away.

Our Santa Barbara home has been newly remodeled and decorated with a Sundance flare. It is cozy, quiet, and well-appointed with high-end furnishings. Spend the evening with a glass of wine before a striking, custom-tiled Santa Barbara-inspired fireplace, and cuddle up on the L-shaped couch and watch a movie with some popcorn. This living space has several large windows with lots of light filling the rooms.

The open floor plan flows into the spacious kitchen, which features window views of beautiful green space, new counters, cabinets, and wood floors. Cook a delicious meal in the well-appointed kitchen that the whole family will love.

The primary bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanities, a flat-screen TV, and French doors open to a spacious outdoor deck and sitting area with private green space. It is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee, reading the paper, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

The second bedroom features a comfy queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and end tables. It also has a picturesque window offering a lovely view of the front yard.
