Mountain views, this single level home is located on 1.25 peaceful acres bordering the Botanical Gardens. This home offers the best in outdoor living including pool area with hot tub and large entertaining deck overlooking Mission Creek, plus a large patio off the living room framed by oak trees. The courtyard showcases native plantings, leading to the covered entry. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and outrageous views! The kitchen has granite counters, tiled floors, two French doors leading outside. Formal dining room with gorgeous views. Family room with sliding door to rear deck, vaulted ceilings. The home has three bedrooms, plus an additional room that can have a queen air mattress. The house is a five minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara, and is located near the SB mission.
