"Lovely hotel 2 mins from the beach. More ‘motel’ in style but very clean, friendly helpful staff, and good facilities. Loved the inclusive bike hire; ice machine; fridge and coffee in room. Pool was small but well maintained and clean. Breakfast was fine (we ate used to European breakfast buffets) but there were eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries and muffins, as well as a fruit bowl. For the price, you can’t go wrong."

"The Mar Monte Hotel was a lovely place to stay for a girls getaway... it was right across the street from the beach; the restaurants on site were fantastic, we loved the free bikes and beach chairs, and the pool was great. We had a noisy air conditioner the first night and got moved to a new room with a balcony which was lovely. Great stay!"
