Nestled in a secluded neighborhood on the backside of Hope Ranch, you’ll feel like you’re in the quiet of the country - but can still walk to coffee and the local pub! Pulling into the gated and private front gardens, the outside world will melt away.

Inside, discover bright and beautifully decorated interiors that create this home’s unique character. A welcoming living room greets you upon entering while around the corner lies the dazzling, modern kitchen, large island with bar stools and even more seating to keep the chefs company. An adjacent dining area centered by an art-deco chandelier completes the space.

Chic style continues throughout the four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Classics Room) features a king bed and Bedroom 3 (Surf Room) offers a queen bed, while a twin bed and twin trundle in Bedroom 4 (California Room) are ideal for children. Both bathrooms highlight luxurious marble countertops and lively wallpaper.

Just outside lies an expansive, enclosed backyard boasting al fresco dining, a huge lawn, and multiple areas to interact and just chill. The patio connected to the living area features a seating area, covered outdoor dining area and grill - ideal for an evening BBQ. Rinse off in the coolest outdoor shower you’ll ever see after a long day at the beach and unwind with a dip in the hot tub. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are provided along with a playpen, cornhole, croquet, and other amenities.
- Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, but it’s so close to the Pacific that it’s rarely needed. We have provided fans in every closet to help you stay cool and comfortable on hotter days.
- There is a small apartment attached to the far side of the house that shares the garbage cans and is rented by a long-term tenant who helps out occasionally with gardening.
- Please note that natural oil seeps off the coast occasionally result in black tar deposits along local beaches. These occurrences are common in the region and are a natural phenomenon unrelated to spills or other events. While efforts are often made to keep the beaches clean, visitors may encounter tar on the sand or in the water. We recommend bringing a small bottle of baby oil or another gentle cleaning solution to help remove any tar from skin or feet after a day at the beach and be mindful not to track black tar into the home. A tar kit is located next to the hot tub.
- Wood is provided for the wood-burning fireplace for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
