The house are located in a Residential Clubhouse 15 minutes by car from Flores island and 10 minutes from the Airport.
There is a big parking and if you want to take the bus to the island you can take buses every 10 minutes, It costs 5 Quetzales. Also the host can give you a ride to the center.

There is a good restaurant outside the residential.
