"We had an amazing stay at Pompeii Suite Giovanna and I would highly recommend. Our suite was a short walk to the city center, spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. "This boutique family run hotel is in an ideal spot overlooking the pretty harbour of Bacoli. The hotel is recently renovated and is to a high standard. We had a room with a terrace, small kitchenette and bathroom with a fabulous large shower. The owners made us feel very welcome and helped arrange taxis . "Alfonso and Sonia were wonderful hosts! Their place was about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Pompei. It was very clean and they were available to us throughout our stay. There was a slight misunderstanding re: washing of clothing, but this was due to language barriers and nothing else. In fact, when we realized the issue, Sonia went out of her way to address our concerns. They were truly exceptional hosts!"

"We had to ring owner to get into apartment even though it stated that reception was from 6pm to 10.30 pm. There was no balcony in the apartment but yet it stated on website that there was. The apartment was nice and cosy but as I said the misinformation on the website was disappointing."
