"The room is not a suite. It doesn’t have a window. The bed had an enormous fabric decorative thing over the bed head visually ugly. And an enormous hazard. No fire stairs. All were open so smoke could or will travel everywhere on the escape routes. Cluttered decor stiffed with stuff , overstuffed."

"The room was pleasant and clean. We had clean towels every day. There was a good choice of food at breakfast with tea or coffee brought to the table. The hotel staff everywhere were always friendly and greeted us cheerfully. The hotel was in a brilliant location with the arena, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. It was only another 10 minute walk to Juliet"s house and a little further to the Duomo. Everywhere was easy to get to."
