"We loved our stay at this perfect hotel! Located in the middle of EVERYTHING, walking distance to great sights and restaurants, super nice staff who treated us like family. And talk about a Breakfast! It was wonderful, so many choices, but most importantly staff that seriously want to give great service. Please thank them for their welcoming kindness. The room was perfect, simple elegance. And I have read complaints about the small shower. Well, the bathroom is roomy, it has wonderful light, and yes the shower is "Italian small", but it was fine with great water pressure. This hotel right next to the Arena is a jewel. We could not have asked for more!"

"Totally amazing stay at the Lords of Verona Aparthotel. The front office staff are amazing and so helpful. The building is a fusion of history with modern furnishings. Rooms are huge, very clean and have everything needed. The staff restocked on coffee, tea etc every day. There is a large safe in the room for belongings and a lot of storage space. The hotel is situated in a lovely, quaint square which is in walking distance of everything. There are plenty of restaurants, cafe’s and bars nearby and lots to see and do. We would certainly stay here again if we were to come to Verona. Absolutely amazing. Thank you all! "

"Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value"

"Hotel Milù Milano was a fantastic stay in Milan. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and great shopping areas. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, which I really loved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I had ordered something before I arrived, the hotel was very helpful in assisting with the delivery. Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!"
