"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regno and would definitely return. Check-in is at one office, followed by a walk with your luggage to another location. Thankfully, the hotel provides luggage assistance, which we appreciated in the extreme heat! The accommodations are set up like an apartment, with 3-4 private guest rooms inside. The living room, dining area, & kitchen are shared with the guests staying in those rooms. This setup was new to us, & I wish it had been explained more clearly before booking. Our private room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the street & the Vittoriano. The balcony has great potential, but chairs or a small table would make it more enjoyable. A larger shade would also help because the sun shone directly in our faces in the am. There was nearby construction, which I guess was outside the hotel’s control. We stayed 1 more day & moved to a smaller room, we experienced considerable noise from the guests above us. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Everyone deserves to rest & enjoy their vacation. Netflix & TV remote did not work properly, so we used our iPad. We did not report it, but the hotel should ensure everything is working before guests arrive. A special shout out to Yolanda! She was sweet, warm, and welcoming the heart of the hotel, in my opinion. The nighttime security guard was also wonderful. The location is excellent, with restaurants and attractions everywhere. Despite a few inconveniences, the amazing staff was amazing! Thank u"

"Overall a good hotel! We wanted a hotel in Trastevere so we could be near the nightlife and this hotel met our needs! Our hotel room was huge! We could have fit two more people in it! The breakfast was very good, with many options including eggs. The daily room service was good, they cleaned up the room nicely each day with no issues. Its about a 15-18 minute walk from all the nightlife which isnt terrible. It is quite a hike from all the tourist sites like the Vatican and Colosseum though, we ended up having to cab to both and it was about 25-28 euros each time which was very expensive for traveling a couple miles. Overall, i think next time we would stay closer to the main attractions and just walk over at night, but i will say the hotel was very nice. They even gave us a box breakfast to go because we had to leave very early to the airport on our last day. Good 4 star hotel in a locals neighborhood."
