YourHouse Sa Riba, stone finca with private swimming pool

Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, East Mallorca, this charming villa with private pool is ideal for 9 guests.



The villa is 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the city of Manacor with restaurants and shops, and the Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque towns of Artà and Capdepera, the Artà caves, party in Cala Ratjada, or enjoy a family day at the Cala Millor safari zoo.



Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love to return home; swim in the pool or organize a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 meter chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 meters is surrounded by a terrace with 9 loungers and some umbrellas. A pool towel per person is available. The stone facade regulates the temperature, so it is very pleasant during the summer.



The decoration of the rooms is a mix of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The living room with satellite TV and wifi is equipped with a wood stove and a comfortable sofa. The open kitchen is next to the living room with a gas cooktop and dishwasher, among other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend family evenings.



Four of the five bedrooms with closet have a double bed, while the fifth bedroom has 1 single bed; all are equipped with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate shower bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron and a crib on request complete the equipment.

The air conditioning is available from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.



The villa is located in the heart of nature and there are bees, insects, wasps, birds, etc. Please bear in mind that this is part of life in the countryside and in nature.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link. This payment is mandatory.
