The farmhouse has large outdoor spaces and two communal swimming pools: the main one measuring 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and natural water treatment (chlorinated in summer), and the second one measuring 3 x 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.30 metres and chlorinated. The gardens are adorned with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and roosters, hens and goats can be seen on the estate. Guests can relax on a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and there is a bicycle parking area, ideal for those who want to explore the island on two wheels. In addition, the property offers a communal barbecue with gas cooker, perfect for outdoor dining. It is fenced and has eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, a perfect option for those who value sustainability. Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 08:30 to 10:30.




The flat, located on the ground floor, has a pleasant and cosy terrace with table and chairs, perfect for sharing a drink with your companions. Its interior is designed to offer comfort and functionality. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, and the kitchen, integrated to the dining room, runs on gas. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and is carefully decorated to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Children can rest on the extra bed located in the living room. In addition, there is a second bedroom with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower serves the flat. The property has oil central heating for colder days. A cot and high chair can be provided for those travelling with babies for an additional charge. There is also a shared laundry area, available from 9:00 to 13:00.
