QUIET RURAL HOUSE

The town of Son Roig is a manor house of about 200 years in the middle of nature, located about 2km from Sant Joan. This villa has been completely restored with modern and traditional elements. The house is ideal for families with children (8 adults and 4 children).
The farm has a beautiful garden with a large saline water pool (12x6m), it also has a terrace with dining table and views of the garden and the pool, ideal for breakfast and barbecue nights.
Inside the house there are living rooms on both floors, a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, 2 large bathrooms, a living room with a large sofa and satellite TV, 4 bedrooms (3 rooms with double bed and a large room with 3 double beds) and a large terrace overlooking the Serra de Tramontana.
The villa is located in the center of the island, thanks to its central location it is an ideal point to explore Mallorca by car, 25min from the beach, it is an excellent option.
The house has: wifi, barbecue, dishwasher, safe, medicine cabinet, fans, bath and pool towels, soap and toilet paper, cots and high chairs (etc.), coffee maker, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, washing machine, iron , clothesline, 2 satellite TV, hammocks, pergolas, garden tables and chairs, pool shower.
€ 2 per day and person is charged to people over 16 years of age when they arrive at the house for sustainable tourism tax (ecotasa)
