Welcome to Can Chi, a Blakstad designed villa, located in a prime position in the
centre of Ibiza island. The tranquil countryside location allows you to appreciate the

This rustic villa is built in line with Blakstad's view of maintaining a local, centuries
old traditional style of Ibizan architecture, albeit with fantastic modern features. The
house exudes understated luxury, whilst maintaining many green, eco-conscious
features, and it includes the latest technology, security and efficiency. The whole
house benefits from a built in SONOS sound system and air conditioning.
Perfectly positioned in a tranquil location, the main house consists of 4 double
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan living space, well equipped kitchen and
dining room. Outside, the spacious garden has a large swimming pool, alfresco
dining, many seating areas and a vast natural meadow for children to play.
With its central location it allows effortless access to the towns of San Rafael, Santa
Gertrudis, San Antonio and Ibiza Town, as well as the beaches on all coastlines.

Amazon Stay in San Rafael

Loved this property - outdoor area is amazing and the interior is beautiful. Awesome location to get everywhere you need around the island. Arend and his team were very responsive throughout. Highly recommend.
