"We had to book a room due to a cancelled flight. The receptionist that checked us in was very helpful. We paid for breakfast and was told that it finishes at 8.30am. We came down at 8am and there was no breakfast available 😅. The free transfer to the airport was convenient and helpful. The surrounding neighbourhood was interesting. It was partly industrial and residential. We saw a guy walking with his owl during our late night 7-11 run 😅."

"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at"

"Loved my stay at Welcome Inn"

"This was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Tokyo. I loved my room. It was clean and spacious. The staff wasn’t that helpful and there was only one person for the restaurant so I’d eat somewhere else if you could."

"Although overall is good, for the price they charge I expect more in terms of service and room quality."

"Good hôtel for a night transit Stay in Narita. Free Shuttle is available at Narita Airport for arrival and departure."

"Cleam room. Cheap and comfortable. Close to Narita station."
