"Whilst a large property it never felt crowded or overrun with people. With 4 pools catering for a variety of holiday makers, we were spoilt for choice but the adult only pool was a great bonus."

"I've stayed in a few hotels around St Julian's but this is the first time I've gone as a family with small kids. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast selection in our section was great. Gym facilties are very good, there is a games area for kids with PlayStation, TV and some other games though the arcade machine needs a bit of attention. Room service was really fast, good value for money and surprisingly tasty. The area is very busy and is mainly full of tourists. The is no hotel parking but I was able to find a parking spot everyday within 5 minutes walk which was free. There is a car park next door but I think it is €15 a day. I would definitely recommend it. If you're young the clubs and bars outside are everywhere plus the is the usual western fast food places. 5 stars from me as the kids were happy. "

"An absolutely stunning hotel, amazing service from the staff, lovely choice of pools and beach areas, restaurants amazing with lots of food choice, staff are so friendly and helpful. Stayed here solo for 4 nights and wish it was longer, the views and atmosphere of this hotel are beautiful, it’s comfortable, you have everything you could need. Guests are also extremely pleasant and I had the most wonderful stay. Hotel is very classy and the piano bar is a lovely touch. The staff are incredible in every area including the restaurants, round the pool, cleaning, front desk and walking around, everyone was so polite. Highly recommend visiting (one thing to be aware of is the area around the hotel isn’t the nicest which is completely out of the hotels control but just to note). Perfect stay; thank you "

"We had a great time at this hotel. The bus stop was right outside which was very convenient to get to and from the airport/Valletta. The sea-view room we had was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very welcoming and polite. There was plenty of choice at breakfast for everyone so overall a great hotel in a great location. Don’t let the building work over the road put you off ! "

"The 1 start review is for the Manager on duty, between Aug 20th and Aug 22nd, 2025, when I stayed here. I checked in around 14:00, and as a Expedia Platinum member for years, I thought I get some good service and a good room, which most hotels I stay at around the world provides. But no, not here. I got a room on the first floor right above the lobby facing the street where the taxis drop off. Tried to take a late afternoon nap because I was jet lagged but couldn't due to the noice. Went down to request a room change from the front desk staff, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused to come out to speak to me. I went 3 times that same day, to request another room and to speak to the manger, each time, the staff went to the back office and came back, the manager was busy. Also did the same on the second day, Aug 21st, but no, the manager too busy. Absolute terrible customer service. If the manager doesn't dare to face its paying customers, perhaps the hospitality industry is not for you. I hope your boss will read this and send you back to the mailroom where you belong. For the room, they are old, cheap small sheets that don't even cover the bed, so you wake up touching the old mattress. Super old wooden closet, where the door was broken. The pool is nice, the restaurant food was very basic and bland without flavor. Big plus however for a very impressive breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a good area, also a good plus. Honest review this. "
