This spacious, second floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo is convenient to the elevator and features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer! Sit back and enjoy the lush garden view. It is just a short, easy walk to the white sand beach and our crystal-clear heated swimming pool. The master suite has a king bed and a private sitting area. The guest bedroom has comfy twin beds and can be made into a king upon request. The light and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai with 2 ceiling fans. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Other amenities include tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants and offer immediate access to the wonderful bike trails on Sanibel Island. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person. Parties over 4 people, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply.
