"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. "We enjoyed our stay with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms each with tub/removable shower, bedroom with King bed, large walk in closet and 2 sinks in one bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Parking was nearby in the condo lot. You do have to take out your own garbage and purchase your own extra bags after the initial ones are used. "Condo was as described, excellent location. We have been coming to South Seas for 15 years and love the resort. This is a convenient location to the Starbucks that we frequent and walking distance to many restaurants! Condo was clean and well equipped."

We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless."

Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. "
