"Great place to stay, close to all the Parliament Buildings, Byward Market, and rest of downtown. Entrance is on a busy part of street if you are driving and parking. If so, pull in directly in front of entrance (behind taxi stand) and they will take your key for valet parking. The rest is easy."

"This is by FAAAR the best hotel I have stayed at. The property is spanking clean, feels fresh and bright. The lobby, hallways and rooms smell clean and fresh. The room we stayed in well designed, great color combination of furniture, wall paper, and blinds, and CLEEAN bathroom. We loved our stay. The property is walkable to all the famous attractions and great eateries close by as well. The breakfast was sumptuous, excellent choices and was a great way to start the day. The check-in and check-out took 1-2 minutes each, no hassle. Staff was polite and professional, the breakfast crew was on the job busy to keep food items was well stocked and tables and areas were clean. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay experience. I will stay here again when I travel to Ottawa, keep it up Holiday Inn Express!!"
