"The eggs weren't scrambled. Cooked like a cake, cut in big chunks. Sausage 3 days in a row. TV channels were the pits. 6-7 French stations, 2 parliaments stations, 2 CNN channels, 3 sports stations. The hotel was clean, friendly."

"Most of the staff I spoke to were quite helpful and responsive. I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously. The property, however, is in desperate need of updating. The biggest issue was the cockroach that I killed in the bathroom. A large one. Other issues: - TV in my room was broken (they did replace it) - water pressure came and went - the pool was out of commission (but we could walk over to the connected hotel and use theirs) When I called about the roach at 11 pm, the front desk staff moved me to another room immediately. That was good. But, when I spoke to the manager in the morning to make sure all information had been recorded, our conversation was interrupted by another staff member because someone who walked up after me wanted breakfast vouchers. That didn’t feel ok at all. All and all a mixed bag with a nasty bug but a beautiful view."

"This hotel is loud. You can hear everything in the rooms around you as if they were in your room. Late into the night and throughout people were slamming doors, or coming and going. Early in the morning hotel staff had an incredibly loud conversation outside the door (and my door was mid way down the hallway) so I pretty much got no sleep. The woman who checked me out in the morning was nice but the man who checked me in made me feel really uncomfortable."
