"Great location, reasonable price, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the point and the beach. Beach is wide and not crowded. Upon arrival the refrigerator did smell like fish and required cleaning, and the street garbage can was practically full. Probably that is the fault of the prior tenant. The place is on the rustic side but for the price quite nice ."

"The property location was great.. first floor..short walk through the parking lot to the beach and at the other end of the hall/building was the pool. The unit itself is a bit on the older side but still very functional and we had all we needed. The linens were abundant. A few small things were broken like a lamp, deck box lid, towel bar and shower rod fell a few times but didn’t create much in convenience. I was a bit concerned about the water damage/mold on one bathroom wall but it was reported and hopefully taken care of swiftly .. Overall Emerald Isle was a gem and has become one of my favorite beaches!!"
