The host lives on the 2nd floor and in parts of the 1st floor of the main house. The apartment is separate, with its own entrance. Fire- and sound-insulated in accordance with 2017 building codes. There is a separate ventilation system with some cooling capability, but it is not an air conditioning system. Separate hot water tank and shared water-based floor heating with room temperature sensors in separate zones.
