"Stunning view of Back Bay and a quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax. If you enjoy taking pictures, this is a great place to stay. Wildlife in the early mornings, afternoons and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Also, it’s a quick walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was cooler when we went, so we used the pickleball courts more than the swimming pools. Triple bunks were not meant for my taller teenagers, but the pullout/futon couch worked great for them. Susan was super easy to work with. Would definitely book again. "

"Upon arriving it was dark & I was having a hard time finding the residence. I gave the host a call & he was very friendly and helpful, was able to find it right after speaking with him. The RV is super cute, very relaxing view in the back."

"We had an amazing stay at this home! It was absolutely ideal for our extended family vacation. The layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space to relax while still allowing us to gather comfortably for meals and quality time together.The location couldn’t have been better, right across from public beach access, which made it super easy to pop over for morning walks, afternoon swims, and sunset views. We had a small issue with the lock keypad, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it resolved quickly.The home was clean, well-stocked, and clearly designed with guests in mind. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious, well-located beach retreat!"

"We enjoyed our family vacation in Sandbridge! This rental property was fully equipped for the 14 month and 16 month grandchildren! We loved the beach wagon, strollers, baby bike seat, high chairs and gate at the top of the stairs! The toddlers played with the sandbox and play set too! The beach is walkable, but closer may have been better with the little ones."
