"I had to cancel my trip due to a severe emergency winter storm. I was told I would get my money back. I never did. Do not stay here. Please submit my review so that you can prove in partiality. Pray there is no profanity and nothing to reject this negative feedback."

"The staff was warm and welcoming. I could adjust the room temperature myself and the bed and linens, shower were very good. I only stayed for an overnight visit after returning from Europe (time shifting) and meet family and attend a local event so I did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or use other of the facility. Would recommend as a very good value. "

"I would 100% stay here again. The room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was wonderful. The pool was one of the nicest we have seen in a long time! I highly recommend staying here. It was also easy to get to Cook Children's Hospital"

"We stayed for 3 nights here for 2 rooms - we were happy for our first night because of their newly modeled rooms with beautiful, clean, and minimalist designs. However, the service sucks here - first of all, there should be no need for them to ask whether we want our rooms to be lightly cleaned/refresh items if we didn’t leave our privacy tags on the door. Even though I replied yes, we were surprised that our rooms really were lightly cleaned (or I should say, they were barely cleaned) and the beds weren’t even made! When we requested for room service to bring us the water bottles, this was their reply: “You would have to come down to the market to pay for them. We cannot take payment over message system.” What the f*** was that? On top of all of this, one of our rooms’ bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, making it super inconvenient for our showers, spilling all the water out! "

"Property was ok the room was ok the bathroom was outdated and rust stains and bath tub looked dirty and rusty. Heard a toilet flush by my head all night long couldn’t sleep well. Won’t be going back"

"The elevators take forever... I also do not like that they did not clean our room or do our bed or give us clean towels for our second day stay. "

"The hotel is very dated. Although clean and tidy, rooms felt 1980s style with very tired fixtures and fittings. No complimentary water was provided in room but an $12 bottle was on the desk. $12 for a bottle of in room water felt insulting, especially as a Hilton Honors guest. Amenities such as the hairdryer and power outlets etc felt old and wobbly. For the price point and the Hilton brand I felt this fell short of what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties worldwide. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the line to check in was long and I wasn’t offered any help with my large bags on check in or check out. For a short trip this property was fine however I would stay elsewhere for a longer trip and I feel the price point vs the quality provided was not good value for money. "
