"The property had an unpleasant smell. Temperature could not be regulated and the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was do it yourself and jelly and other condiments were in partially used family size containers. Bedroom was tiny."

"Great stay! The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. There is a grocery store close by and restaurants. And only 25 minutes to Niagara Falls. "
