"The property locates on the top of some hills. By looking out of the windows, you will get a panoramic view of the valley underneath which is amazing. All rooms are spacious and each bedroom has individual bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The only thing we do not like is that the resort does not have air conditioning. We sometimes woke up during midnight by the Tuscany summer heat. "This hotel gets 5 stars in my book. The staff was welcoming as soon as we arrived and continued to be help throughout our stay. The rooms were old world elegant and so clean. The breakfast was world class, we have never had such large selections of food that were extremely delicious. They really go above and beyond to treat each of their guests like royalty."

"The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time. "
