"We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. "This is our third stay at this delightful villa in Abruzzo. The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."

"The staff was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, but only what is common for older European properties. There was a balcony, but the view was just the building across the street. The breakfast included was excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance of most things, especially transport. Got off our train from Rome, and we were at our hotel entrance in five minutes walking. Approximately a ten minute walk to the beach, with some wonderful cafes and gelato shops on the way. We will definitely stay here again."
