"This is the place to stay in San Sebastián. Our rooms faced the Bay and the promenade. Beautiful scenery all day and night. Lots of activity on the promenade including live music and dancing on the weekend. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is convenient to everything. Our first time here and would definitely come again. "

"Room was very clean and bed was enormous and comfortable. The shower was good, and it was nice to have a balcony although it didn't have a sea view Breakfast choices were good. Outdoor pool was open, although very cold and you could get a drink at a poolside van area, but the snacks advertised were not available which was disappointing as we had to leave pool and go into town for lunch. "We were traveling with young children and this location is close enough to walk to the beach for a quick swim without taking to much with you. The lady that meet us was not able to speak much English and I don’t speak much Spanish but she was willing to try , so it may the process less stressful than I thought it would be. "
