The Hotel Arbaso was outstanding. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. Narru also is an amazing restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by Hotel Arbaso. The staff is lovely and the rooms are perfectly comfortable and smartly appointed. I traveled with my family and we had one of each style room (basic, comfort, suite, and duplex). They were all fantastic.

The hotel and accommodations were clean and modern, nothing extraordinary especially for the price. It was hard to enjoy any time at the hotel in the morning and during the day due to the constant jackhammering, which began in the morning as we were waking up. Not ideal. The location was good, close to the water and shops.

Really annoying daily messages sent via Expedia messaging to advise how popular Restaurante Narru is and to book ASAP if required. Restaurant is exceptional. Uncomfortable beds with both our backs aching after 3 nights. Ran out of toilet paper. Room very noisy due to building and street refurbishment works.

10/10 recommend! We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Arbaso and we would stay here again! It’s a beautiful hotel and the location is ideal. From the moment we got there to the time we left, the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. We had a problem with our flight and late one night we needed to use a local phone. Alicia at the front desk was patient and understanding. She tried her best to help us and that was much appreciated. Thank you to the whole staff who truly made our stay comfortable.

Very upscale hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. Walking distance to every tourist spot: 5 minutes from La Concha Beach, 10 minutes to Old Town, 15 minutes to San Telmo Museum. You absolutely do not need a car/uber to reach anywhere. Stayed in the junior suite, nice and modern amenities. Best bathroom ever!!! Amazing shower. Everything in the room is top notch quality. Amazing and extremely friendly staff. There is no pool but it has a jacuzzi and steam room. The lack of pool is made up by the close access to the beach. Breakfast is good and there is an in-house restaurant. Surrounded by upscale shops and boutiques so shoppers will be delighted! Rooms are immaculate and housekeeping is impeccable

Beautiful hotel and the restaurant (Narru) was the some of the best service we've had in a restaurant and we eat out A LOT!....One small gripe, it tells you when you book that the mini-bar is free, but they only 'fill' it for you once and you get very little, so I'm sorry but that ain't a free mini-bar.

We stayed in the duplex, and it is literally a dream of a room. I could not love this room more and the skylights make it so unique. The wood-burning fireplace was perfect on a rainy day. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff is so lovely. I will never stay anywhere else in San Sebastian.
