"I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Alajuela. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in quick and effortless. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport while still being close to local restaurants and shopping. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities and quiet atmosphere. Everything was well maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, offering a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated the overall efficiency of the hotel, which made my short stay stress-free and enjoyable. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Every employee I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Even though my stay was brief, I felt valued as a guest. I often stay at and highly recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Alajuela to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with outstanding service. "The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My partner and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an excellent choice. The spa, the food, the hot springs—can't wait to go back and take more people with us. We had a couples massage and did yoga while we were there. Our massage therapists were excellent and the setting of the spa pagodas was idyllic. So relaxing and refreshing."

"My husband and I stayed at Chachagua rainforest for 5 nights last week; Master Bungalow. The tree houses were sold out ☹️. Such a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and breathtaking resort . The scenery is gorgeous: hot springs, rivers, trees, flowers. Daily housekeeping: linens, towels, bathrobes are replaced by fresh and clean ones. Wonderful staff who payed close attention to our needs: Maria❤️🌸, Enersto, Ericka , Nathalie , Kimberly, Roberto, Gretchen , Emma , Karen. ( sorry I forgot some names). Staff of Thermo et Colibri restaurants; tour guy, the spa’s ladies; thank you💕. Driver Norman; thank you for driving us from Chachagua to Guanacaste safely. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Chachagua Rainforest resort for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable❤️."

"Great breakfast great staff fantastic location. Great pools that one was heated another for kids and a big hot tub. I would absolutely stay there again. I had a room with a Volcano view! Rent a car it's the greatest way around. Roads while narrow in some spots are in excellent condition."
