Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. "I cant say enough about the excellent staff and workers here at the Hotel ZiOne Luxury. Just the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a warm reception. The bell attendees are at your service and the management staff starting with Yina is top notch and huge shout out to her! I had to rebook a stay there and she made it happen on short notice! She is awesome and I cannot thank her enough. The rooms are nice and comfy and the breakfast buffet is fresh and is filling. The rooftop pool views are perfect and the bar drinks are perfect. And the pool water is the perfec temperature.Every time I come to Cartagena which is often for work and fun this is my place to stay and its right around everything you need from the mall to the 24 hour market and the local feel.
