"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! We would strongly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel, just keep in mind some party noise Friday night and Saturday night. Breakfast was enough food and tasty. Hotel...

"I will be coming back to stay here whenever I come to Medellin. It was like staying in a guest house, as opposed to a hotel. The staff are exceptional, the property is quiet, and it's in a great location at a fair price."

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."

The manager didn't knew English but they wrote they knew. neighbourhood is really dangerous and full of thieves and scary people. It was probably one of the worst experiences in my life. "Localização ok, cerca de 1km da praia e do aeroporto, sempre íamos andando de dia e tomávamos táxi a noite (20k COP). Estrutura nova e conservada, quartos simples, porém confortáveis. Não tinha água quente e canais de TV eram básicos. Piscina excelente e novinha, recém-construída. O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, não pode ser chamado disso, era apenas um pão com ovo ou linquiça, ou arroz (surreal).
