The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to another hotel I stayed in the Dolomites that was similarly priced. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly.
