"Hacienda SMR was a truly delightful experience. The grounds are unique and amazing. I spent hours walking to the waterfall and through the historic buildings. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended!"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception. "

"This mountain resort is in a beautiful area conveniently located near Los Pueblos Mágicos of Hidalgo. We stayed in the basic room as the others were quite expensive and the room was very basic. No AC and the only ventilation is the windows. The area houses ducks and chickens as well as other forest animals and can get quite noisy early in the AM. They have several pools with one being exceptionally warm and comfortable. They have an amazing Tobogán or super long enclosed

"The hotel is very conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to Estadio Hidalgo, making it easy to attend night games without worry. It's also only about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which is very convenient.
The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable.
Also, the Angelina's Mixology Bar located downstairs is open until 1 a.m. and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there."

"Nice, modern hotel. Close to bus station. Convenient having Walmart at just a short walk…as I needed to grab a few things. I utilized the restaurant a few times but certainly some nice places nearby. Good security feature with elevator. Have to put your key in a reader to go to your floor. Downside…weird design with entrance and lobby on separate floors. Someone saw I was confused and told me where to checkin. Easy to hear noise in other rooms but with mainly families and business travelers this wasnʻt an issue upon sleeping. Would stay here again."
