"This hotel was very clean and the staff is wonderful. Everyone was friendly and I felt very safe on the property. There was a sufficient amount of security. I booked the Suite Duplex Premium Level, which gave you access to their VIP lounge. It offered Breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Breakfast at their main restaurant starts at 5 AM, which is very convenient if you have an early excursion planned. The selection was good, and the food was delicious. I also booked a deep tissue massage, which was amazing. I felt very relaxed afterwards, and the masseuse was nice. They only have one masseuse on the premises, so keep that in mind if you’re booking for more than one person. There’s a lot of restaurants in the area if you don’t want to dine at the hotel. A lot of American fast food chains as well. I highly recommend this hotel. I would absolutely come back to Barcelo. "
