"Nicolás the property manager was extremely helpful and nice. The apartment was spotless and clean. Really beautiful minimal space. Incredible balcony with amazing view. Neighborhood is amazing with the best bakery for coffee and medialubyin the morning. The area is one of the best. The only small problem is that Expedia does unit give you the correct whattsapp number to communicate with the manager. Easily solved by googling the info for the other babel hotel in BA. Don’t think twice about...

"I stayed two nite at the Ayres, two to many. Arriving at the place, I didn’t feel « welcomed », the front staff Is a security person, wearing a uniform, no English and cold as ! No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again ! "

"Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend."

"The apartment was nice on the surface. However there were not towels in both bathrooms. Only 1 bathroom had hand soap & there was a used coffee pod on the counter when we arrived. We reached out to the property with regards to the heat/ cooling of the property & didn’t hear back. The biggest issue is the current construction sites that surround the property. "

"The apartment is great, everything very clean and new. The staff is friendly and ready to help anytime. But the WiFi is really bad, the connection breaks down all the time and can’t handle some websites. I had to use my mobile data the whole travel."

"Very convenient option to be in the middle of Bs As. Great 1bed 1 bath option for 3, unit comfy and impecable. Only downside was the quality of the bed sheets, truly bad, ripped and unfit for the beds, please take care of that for an outstanding stay. We will definitely be back 👍"
