"O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela."

"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"Where to start? I arrived to the hotel with a sign saying to check in at another location. I go there and am told rather coldly that they can't find my reservation and the hotel is full. I have sady seen this before everything after was not a surprise at all. I told the receptionist this was their problem to fix not mine and she conveniently found a room in a sister hotel. The room was unsurprisingly terrible. Mould and mildew on all bathroom walls since there was no window to open or an air...

"La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos y los anfitriones son muy amables. Lo que sucedio y no nos gusto fue que en las descripciones decia que tenia pileta y cuando llegamos estaba toda sucia, no se podia usar. Una de las toallas tenia un augujero grande y no tenian ni shampoo, ni jabon. "
