"My family of four had a really nice stay at the Best Western Coyote Point Inn. It was reasonably priced with a friendly front desk, full spread for breakfast, and easy parking. It was only one mile from the Coyote Point Park and less than 1.5 miles to downtown San Mateo, which is where we spent most of our time. We would stay here again when we are in this area!"

"Terrible! Dialup would be a better option than the “guest” wifi. Very outdated rooms, including the window unit ac/heater directly from the 80’s. The provided breakfast is a joke. It’s a wide selection of TOAST. Hotel does not provide water to drink, even with breakfast. Instead, they kindly point you to the vending machine. To top it all off, you are also charged an additional parking fee of $12...for what?! Get your $’s worth and stay at the holiday inn next door. "

"Bathroom smell so musty that I must keep it closed at all time. I’d spend as little time as possible in there. Perhaps main floor rooms are used more Often may not smell like the 2nd floor bathroom. They renovated the motel to be an inn, it’s decent but the carpet was kind of dirty when I walked in. Very strong ordor of odor spray that was def a turn off. 2 Chinese, Vietnamese and pizza across the street was def plus. However I won’t stay there again cause I prefer a nicer name brand hotel. Thus...

"We we not even sure we had gotten the right room. The beds were not queen size like in the reservation. 1 made a terrible amount of noise when you moved around on it. The cleanliness was questionable. The pool had very limited hours but looked clean. Overall a NO frills place."
