"Not only was the facility excellent, the staff & manager were the highlight of this stay! They went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I left my cell phone in the complimentary lyft ride from the Burbank airport and the staff totally jumped in to do whatever was needed in facilitating my cell phone return. Within 2 hours, cell phone restored, I was back to scheduled events. Would absolutely return for a stay."

"Complimentary" wifi was $13 per day, parking was $50 per day, continental breakfast was easy to confuse with the hot bar and resulted in a $12 charge, and then they tacked on $8.25 a day after checkout for a local ordinance that should have been included in the price. Be prepared to pay an extra $100 per night after "all fees included.""
