"Grande maison très agréable et pleine de charme "

"Worst place ever, no hot water the water heater had wires out. The house was very dusty and dirty, bathroom was never cleaned. Missing pillows on sofa and bedroom. Did not feel safe leaving things, one of the windows needed to stay open for the gas line. Paid for 6 days, stayed for one night only! Bugs, spiders, dirty sheets. No WiFi, very hard to find. "

"Todo estuvo excelente el lugar tiene a un lado una taquería y en la esquina otra ahí cerca a un Aurrera a unos 300 metros todo muy excelente lo único que no tiene aire acondicionado yo vengo del Puerto de Veracruz y acostumbramos a dormir con aire acondicionado solamente había un ventilador pero pues de ahí en fuera ni una queja todo excelente muy bonito muy bien ubicado frente a la universidad"

"Kari was fantastic and a great host, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Pro tip, sometimes the maps app has a hard time finding the location, so I would suggest having your uber or taxi look up the directions to the restaurant Casa Xachio, which is right around the corner. Other than that, can’t say how much we enjoyed our time here. Great place close to the city but far away to escape craziness of it. Highly recommend it."

"The mattresses are too hard you can feel the springs, the blinds do not close very well there is not much privacy for that reason. There is no washer and dryer."

"muy agradable y limpias las instalaciones"

"A long and not so pleasant walk to almost anywhere you would want to go. The unit was clean but barren, not even a drinking glass. At the mercy of whomever the upstairs neighbour may be in terms of noise. There are better choices for the money. We blew this selection; booked 4 nights and left after 2."

"The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion."

"This was the perfect place for our large family gathering! We loved hanging together in the common areas, but also appreciated that we each had our own private space with en suite bathroom for privacy. The younger kiddos LOVED their special "apartment" downstairs, where they had their own room, bathroom, and living area to hang out away from the adults. The home was beautifully decorated with local art, very clean, and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to...

"Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free."
